Objectives
- First objective – Research Report: Women, Technology, and Diversity in the Cultural and Creative Sector : Emerging Trends and Opportunities.
- To conduct a comprehensive analysis of the ways in which new technologies are shaping the cultural and creative sector (CCS) and impacting gender equality and diversity in the industry.
- To identify best practices and success stories in promoting gender equality and diversity in the CCS through the use of new technologies.
- To disseminate the findings of the research report to relevant stakeholders and target audiences
- To establish a network of stakeholders interested in promoting gender equality and diversity in the CCS through the use of new technologies, and to facilitate dialogue and exchange of good practices among them.
- Second objective – Academy for Women in CCS: Educational Material and Joint Curriculum
- To develop a high-quality training program that is specifically tailored to the needs of young women in the cultural and creative sector. This program is based on the Research Report and includes modules on negotiation, leadership, networking, business, resilience and othe relevant subjects…

- Third objective – Virtual Exhibition & multi-Space platform
- To develop a virtual multi-space platform that provides an open digital environment for all project deliverables and serves
as a space for networking and promotion of female creativity. - To create a women’s artistic/cultural community, strengthen the contacts with the local community, and promote democratic dialogue.
- To facilitate youth workers through the development of a virtual environment and enable youth work collaboration in all partner countries.
- To promote women’s empowerment in CCS and develop a digital repository for long-term storage and display of women’s art/culture projects.
- To develop a virtual multi-space platform that provides an open digital environment for all project deliverables and serves
- Fourth objective : Dissemination & Sustainability
- To reach young women in the cultural and creative sectors, youth workers, organizations, and the general public.
- To disseminate project results and outcomes
- To promote project visibility and sustainability to have a lasting impact.
