About ACHIEVE CCS Project

The Achieve CCS project aims to encourage women in creative and cultural decision-making positions. This means tackling wage differentials and gender-based discrimination in general. Through this initiative, more diversified training and better opportunities to support professional growth. Overall, the goal is to achieve greater gender equality in a more inclusive industry.

The purpose ?
– A personalized and comprehensive training program to support women in the sector on the digital transition, the economic impact of their project, leadership, networking, business, and other topics according to the identified needs.
– A networking platform and hosting a virtual exhibition to allow women to be known.

The European project Erasmus+ Achieve CCS, funded by the European Union, brings together six partners and seven organisations from France, Greece, Ireland, Turkey and Ukraine. This project began in April 2024 and will end in June 2026.
